Need to Change or Cancel Your Order?

We understand — sometimes plans change. If you need to update or cancel your order, please email us at hello@nuvanico.com within 24 hours of placing it and we’ll do our best to help before it ships.

If your order is already being prepared or on its way, don’t worry — you’ll still be fully covered by our 30-Day Comfort Guarantee once it arrives.

We want every woman to feel confident wearing Nuvani. If you’re not fully satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, just send us a quick email at hello@nuvanico.com with your order number, and we’ll take care of it promptly.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days once your details are confirmed. Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Received a Damaged Item?

We carefully package every order, but if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Send a brief description and a photo of the issue to hello@nuvanico.com, and we’ll happily review your case for a replacement or refund.

Please note that we can’t cover damage from regular wear and tear, improper washing, or other misuse — but we’ll always do our best to help.

About Shipping and Delivery

We do our best to ensure prompt and reliable delivery for every order. Occasionally, delays can happen due to courier issues, customs inspections, or weather disruptions.

If your package is taking longer than expected, please reach out to us at hello@nuvanico.com and we’ll do our best to locate it. Unfortunately, Nuvani can’t take responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the courier.

Exchanges

Because our products are intimate apparel, we don’t process direct exchanges. Instead, we’ll refund your original order and you can place a new one whenever you’re ready. This ensures a fresh, unworn product and the right fit every time.
